FINE PRINT

Cookie Policy

The short version: GAMEDEPOT LAN WAREHOUSE keeps cookies to a minimum and does not follow you across the web. This page is the long version, for anyone who wants the full picture before they click around.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website can store in your browser. Some are strictly needed for a page to work; others watch what you do across pages and sites to build a profile that advertisers can rent. We use the first kind sparingly and the second kind not at all. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to being tracked by.

What this site sets

The home page, the booking form, and these fine-print pages run without tracking cookies. We set no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and no cross-site identifier. Your browser may keep small technical items — cache entries, layout preferences it manages on its own — to load and render the page, but none of those identify you to us or report back where you go next.

The booking form

When you send the booking form, the details go straight to our inbox as an email; the form does not drop a cookie to remember you, and there is no account or session to keep alive between visits. Close the tab and nothing lingers on our side beyond the message you sent.

Third parties

The only outside resource the page loads is the web font used for headings, served by Google Fonts. Fetching that font can expose your IP address to Google as an ordinary part of downloading the file, but it is a font request, not a tracking script — there is no analytics suite, no social pixel, no advertising tag, and no embedded video tracker anywhere on this site. We do not sell space to ad networks, so none are here to set cookies.

Why we keep it this lean

We run the website the way we run the warehouse: no clutter, nothing you did not come for. Fewer moving parts means fewer ways for your data to leak, and a page that loads fast on any connection. A tracker-free site is simply the honest default for a business that just wants to hold your seat.

Your control

Block, clear, or manage cookies from your browser settings whenever you like — every major browser lets you do this per-site or across the board. The site still loads and the booking form still sends with cookies fully disabled, because nothing here depends on one. If you would rather the font not load at all, a content blocker will stop it without breaking the page; the headings just fall back to a system typeface.
